Return & Exchange Policy
Product returns within 15 days of receiving your mouthpiece: Merchandise must be received in our warehouse in new or like new condition!

Unfortunately; we cannot refund any of your shipping charges. All orders that are returned are assessed with a 5% fee to cover restocking/refurbishing fee as well as our merchant refund fees.
Order shipments that have been shipped and refused are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Product exchange within 15 days: We only exchange product type with a matching product type. There is only a one time exchange. (We can make exceptions.) Call if you have any questions about your mouthpiece. Products must be received in our building in new or like new condition! Please.
When you can expect your exchange or refund?
Your return will be processed within 3 days once it is received. Your merchandise refund will be posted to your credit card within 7 days. Most credits are viewable on your credit card account within five business days from posting. Expect delivery of a trumpet top exchange to be sent out within 2 days up to 14 days from when it was received at our building.

Shipping & Delivery:
In the case of any damage to a Product during the time of shipping of a product, we offer an exchange on the product. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If any damage looks to have been made by the customer the product exchange/refund will be void.
